The increasing role of technology in enabling employee collaboration is pushing the incorporation of Audio / Visual Systems into the early stages of build-out planning.
A recent collaboration with CoreLogic on the development of their Dallas campus provided JLL’s Project and Development Services team the opportunity to assist with the company’s goal of transforming into a modern property information, analytics and services brand.
“Our mission is to find and offer solutions beyond what’s asked for,” said JLL Project and Development Services Vice President Chris Beavers. “Collectively, we may not be thinking high enough. What JLL can do is explore available options or possibilities, and by doing so, our clients make more informed decisions resulting in better than expected outcomes.”
After CoreLogic conveyed the concepts it had in mind to meet their A/V needs at their new campus, the JLL team collaborated to provide an obtainable solution that met the company’s stated needs, but established technologically advanced systems that will service CoreLogic for many years to come.
Utilizing their extensive network of resources, the JLL PDS team is able to access a larger set of specialized tools that can be applied to any scale project.
Best of all, this optimum solution delivered the functionality CoreLogic desired without a premium cost. CoreLogic was able to reinvest these realized savings into additional collaborative technologies for its employees, exceeding their original expectations for the project.
“The strategic approach JLL takes provides clients with higher quality choices,” said JLL Senior Project Manager Matt Johnson. “We explore the potential solutions, give them the facts, and help them facilitate the best, educated choice.”
